1. Acceptance of the Yarn

By accessing YarnBall Rush, operated by Textile Amusements Aotearoa Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately leave the Grand Haberdashery.

2. Eligibility and R18 Classification

YarnBall Rush features simulated casino-style mechanics. As such, the site is strictly R18. You must be at least 18 years of age to access Spin the Spindle, Purl Drop, or any other content on this site.

3. Purely for Amusement

YarnBall Rush is a social casino. Luminous Spools are a completely virtual currency with zero monetary value. You cannot purchase Luminous Spools with real money, nor can you withdraw, cash out, or exchange them for any real-world prizes.

4. DIA Regulatory Context

Because YarnBall Rush involves absolutely no real money wagering and offers no prizes of real value, it does not constitute gambling under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003. We are a free entertainment service and are not regulated by the Department of Internal Affairs.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual assets, including the character Barnaby, the design of the Luminous Spools, and the games Feline Flyer, Purl Drop, and Spin the Spindle, are the exclusive intellectual property of Textile Amusements Aotearoa Limited. You may not copy or distribute our magical textile world.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

We acknowledge our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, as YarnBall Rush is provided completely free of charge for entertainment purposes, guarantees relating to the provision of goods and services are strictly limited to the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Textile Amusements Aotearoa Limited shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from your use of YarnBall Rush. Our games are provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from your interaction with the YarnBall Rush platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
