1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Yarnball Rush, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is provided by Feline Frenzy Entertainment Limited. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the website and playing our games.

2. Eligibility and R18 Classification

Yarnball Rush is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the site, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our games simulate casino-style mechanics and hold an R18 classification; they are entirely unsuitable for minors.

3. 100% Free Social Gameplay

Yarnball Rush operates exclusively as a free-to-play social casino. There is absolutely no real-money gambling involved. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on Yarnball Rush, including the Barnaby mascot, game designs, graphics, code, text, and overall theme, is the exclusive intellectual property of Feline Frenzy Entertainment Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, because Yarnball Rush is provided to you entirely free of charge for entertainment purposes, the site and its games are provided 'as is' without warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free gameplay.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Feline Frenzy Entertainment Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Yarnball Rush. This includes any loss of virtual Tangles due to browser cache clearing, technical glitches, or server downtime.

8. Governing Law and DIA Context

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Yarnball Rush acknowledges the regulatory context provided by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) regarding gambling. Because our platform requires no monetary consideration and awards no prizes, it is classified as a free entertainment service and does not constitute gambling under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003.
